Filming Cooperation

Filming approval process

1. Submit a filming request (apply via the bulletin board)
2. The request will be reviewed, and a decision will be made whether to reject or approve filming
3. A notification of filming fees shall be issued (for paid filming)
4. Filming support departments and contents shall be shared
5. Consultation shall be held on the support for filming (filming team)
6. A notification of filming fees shall be issued (for paid filming)

8. Sharing results such as videos (if necessary)

Things to consider when applying

1. Submit the application form by e-mail 3 days before the scheduled date of filming (weekends and holidays are excluded)
2. Permission for filming cannot be issued for the same day on which the application is submitted

Pledge

I (the institution) will actively comply with your institution's safety rules when filming in the facilities inside the Dongdaemun Shopping Complex. Also, I promise to ensure that there will be no inconvenience to customers during filming and acknowledge that the photographer is responsible for all matters that may occur during the filming process (damage to facilities, safety accidents, and all civil and criminal problems).
